Effective July 27, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Digitl Inc., doing business as Bambii (“Bambii,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Bambii iOS app and the bambii.app website (together, the “Service”).

The short version

• · We never sell your personal information or share it with advertisers for their own marketing.
• · Bambii provides routine tracking, educational content, and planning tools.
• · You can export or delete your account and data at any time from Settings in the app.

Information we collect

• · Account information: your name, email (or the private relay email Apple provides with Sign in with Apple), and phone number.
• · Child profile information you provide: your child's name, birth date, and gender.
• · Activity data you log: sleep, feeding, solids, and related notes.
• · Photos you choose to upload, such as for food-label scanning.
• · Subscription and payment details, processed by Apple through the App Store — Bambii does not receive or store your full card number.
• · Usage and device data, such as app interactions, crash logs, and device identifiers.
• · Location data, only if you choose to enable it.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• · Provide and personalize core features, including sleep predictions, feeding tracking, and AI-generated guidance.
• · Process your subscription and provide customer support.
• · Maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• · Understand aggregate product usage and the performance of our marketing.

We do not use your data to train external, publicly available AI models.

AI-generated guidance

Some features use OpenAI's API to generate personalized suggestions based on the information you provide. This guidance is for general parenting education and routine organization. It should not be used for urgent, safety-critical, or emergency decisions; see our Terms for full details.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate Bambii, or when required by law:

• · OpenAI — to generate personalized guidance.
• · Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store billing, and push notifications.
• · Google Analytics — product and website usage analytics.
• · Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Business Tools — marketing analytics for our ads and website.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, along with tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Tools, to measure how visitors find and use our site and to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools may use information such as your IP address, device identifiers, and browsing activity. You can opt out of interest-based advertising:

Children's privacy

Bambii is intended for use by parents and caregivers who are at least 13 years old. The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Information about your child is provided by you, the parent or caregiver, and is used solely to deliver Bambii's tracking and guidance features for your family.

Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information.

• · Contact team@bambii.app to exercise these rights or ask questions.
• · California residents: we do not sell personal information; to the extent our analytics or advertising tools are considered a “share” under the CPRA, you can opt out using the links above or by contacting us.

Data storage & security

Your data is stored using Supabase's cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We follow industry-standard safeguards, though no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it to comply with legal obligations.

International data transfers

Bambii is operated from the United States. If you access Bambii from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other countries.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the effective date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice such as an in-app message.
